If you’re already running Maximo, this assessment is as much about what you’re not using as what you are. A few questions worth sitting with:
- Are incident reports living in spreadsheets or email chains instead of a managed system?
- Does your permit-to-work process have full documentation and traceability?
- Could you demonstrate regulatory compliance to an auditor today — without scrambling?
- Do you know which workers have expiring certifications before they show up for a job?
